2. After you have activated your free website address, you will be given the opportunity to upgrade your account to Home Office Pro for a monthly subscription fee.  By activating your free website, you are under no obligation to upgrade to Home Office Pro.  


3.  Platinum Synergy Customer and Technical Support are not included with the signup of the free website address.  To receive customer support you will need to upgrade to the paid service of Home Office Pro.  If you do not wish to upgrade, you will need to contact your team enroller for support related questions.


4. Platinum Synergy Group reserves the right to shut down your account and take your website off line pending contact with you, the customer, to resolve an issue. This is a rare occurrence, and occurs in most instances when a website is used in violation of our anti-spam policy or the team policy that you agreed to when you became a member of that team.


5. By agreeing to these terms and conditions as stated above, you are bound to this policy and are legally responsibly for adhering to the rules and conditions stated. Any disputes against this policy, once you agree to the terms and conditions, are non-negotiable.
